Gloucester – Biz Space - Unit 42 / 42a (Former England Glory Match factory)

The client required the complete strip-out of a redundant snooker hall, church, gym, and former factory area located on the upper floor of a factory unit – once home to England Glory matches. The aim was to clear and modernise the space to improve functionality and unlock greater revenue potential.

Scope of Works

SV Contracts successfully delivered the project over a 10-week period, completing the following:

• Full strip-out and disposal of all existing fixtures, fittings, bars, furniture, and loose items

• Demolition and removal of all partition and blockwork walls

• Removal of suspended ceilings throughout the upper floor areas

• Disconnection and removal of redundant mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, power, and industrial heating units, with all areas made good upon completion

Project Outcome

The works were completed on time and to a high standard, leaving the client with a clear, adaptable space ready for future redevelopment. The transformation has enabled the client to maximise the use of their premises and improve potential revenue streams.
