Following the client’s relocation to larger premises, SV Contracts was appointed to carry out comprehensive dilapidation works to the vacated industrial unit in Manchester. The works were undertaken in line with the managing agent’s specifications to prepare the property for re-letting and ensure full compliance with lease-end obligations.

Scope of Works

• Replacement of internal glazing to match updated specifications

• Joinery repairs and improvements to staff welfare areas

• Internal redecoration and replacement of carpets within office areas
